We deliver internationally. Domestic shipping within the Netherlands is free and will be delivered within 2-7 business days. For other costs to other countries, please refer to list below.

Apart from our delivery time, delay could occur because of our delivery partners. This is out of our control.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Receipt or proof of purchase must be added. Send e-mail to nelahayainfo@gmail.com for return process. Return costs will be covered by customer.
