Delivery

We deliver internationally. Domestic shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders above €50,- and will be delivered within 2-7 business days. For other costs to other countries, please refer to list below.

Apart from our delivery time, delay could occur because of our delivery partners. This is out of our control.

Returns

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must meet the following conditions:
 
    •    Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free of damage, and with all tags intact.
    •    Items must be returned in the original packaging/box they were delivered in.
    •    We kindly ask that items are returned exactly as you received them, reflecting the care and quality we put into each piece.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, kindly place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Simply contact us and provide photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. 

Handle with care

To ensure the longevity and quality of your piece, we recommend following these washing instructions:

  • Cold hand wash or dry cleaning only
  • Dry flat
  • Use mild detergents and avoid bleach
  • Be mindful of sharp jewelry such as bracelets or necklaces
